Peter will succeed Jesper Ratza, who founded the company in 2013 and has successfully grown it into one of Europe’s leading B2B trading platforms. Jesper will remain a shareholder of AutoProff and the AutoScout24 Group, AutoProff's majority shareholder, and will serve as a board member and advisor.

Peter Duedahl Sørensen, who has served as Deputy-CEO and COO of AutoProff since November 2023 and before that as Chairman of the Board from November 2020 to March 2024, has been instrumental in enabling AutoProff to scale successfully across Europe and launch new value-adding services to its customers. “Peter has demonstrated the vision and operational excellence needed to lead AutoProff’s next phase of growth,” said Peter Brooks-Johnson. “His leadership will ensure the company continues to innovate and expand its reach in partnership with AutoScout24.”
In pursuit of growing AutoProff into a true pan-European wholesale trading platform, AutoProff has successfully on-boarded an experienced management team and significantly expanded its tech and operational capabilities during the past few years. In addition to Peter Duedahl Sørensen, the management team includes Flemming Laugesen Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO); Kenneth Vestergaard, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Nordic; Andreas Berger, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Central Europe; and Søren Kirkegaard, Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
