Martin Teichmann will lead the newly established Germany & Austria (DEAT) region, which consolidates the operations of AutoScout24 Germany, LeasingMarkt.de, and AutoScout24 Austria into a single organization.
In recent years, the AutoScout24 Group has progressively integrated LeasingMarkt.de, culminating in a comprehensive rebranding to present a unified market presence. As a strategic next step, the two companies in Germany will now be merged under the leadership of Martin Teichmann. This integration will enable dealers to further benefit from holistic product innovations and dual sales channels for both sales and leasing. With combined reach, market expertise, and consulting services from a single source, transactions can be executed more swiftly, efficiently, and profitably. Additionally, AutoScout24 dealers listing on LeasingMarkt.de will receive exclusive family conditions. The unification of the German and Austrian sales teams into a joint DEAT region is expected to create cross-border synergies, enhancing service and product offerings for dealers in both markets.
Martin Teichmann, who joined the AutoScout24 Group in early 2023, will report into Dr. Michael Luhnen, Chief Sales Officer of the AutoScout24 Group, in his new role as General Manager DEAT. The German sales team, led by Stefan Schneck (Chief Sales Officer DE), the Austrian team, led by Nikolaus Menches (Country Manager AT), and the LeasingMarkt.de team will report into Martin Teichmann. He will also continue to serve as CEO of LeasingMarkt.de.
