Vehicle Description
- Presented in original & rare Beige Cava over a Tan leatherette upholstery
- The recipient of €3.404,- of expenditure in the last two years on an engine and gearbox overhaul by marque experst in Italy
- Fitted with lowered Eibach springs, 15" GTA style wheels and brand new tires
- Complete with full history from new following the Libretto, user manual, jack & spare wheel
- Largely unwelded, a remarkably solid and straight car throughout
- Probably one of the better Giulia's on the European market
- Needing for nothing prior to use by a new owner
Some years ago, the car has been totally overhauled by artisans who knew what they were doing. The body is straight, sound and rust-free with sharp shutlines and most sportwelds and seams still visible. As the car has been resprayed a while ago, some minor signs of use are present as is to be expected. However the major mechanicals have seen some proper attention in more recent times. The engine and gearbox have been overhauled in the last two years as is substantiated by invoices in the history file. The engine is paired with the desirable Weber DCOE's and is nocely tuned to start up easy from cold and hot. The gearbox is slick (as per it should ofcourse), one can notice that the synchros still need some bedding in as the shift is firm but positive. Some more km's will undeoubtedly smooth things out even more. This bedding in process also still accounts for the engine, as it is reportedly about 500 km's ago that it has been overhauled according to the previous owner. We have upgraded the car with the famous Eibach lowered springs, which set the car about 40 mm lower and create a superb stance.
Furthermore have the 15" GTA-style wheels and fresh tires been fitted - completing the awesome look of this Giulia! Forthermore has the driver's seat been re-upholstered by us with the correct material, as the prevous cover was just too far gone to salvage. The rest of the interior remains largely original, like the headliner (showing patina all over but is not scuffed or teared!) for example. Door cards and other seat covers have been re-done sometime in the past and show minor signs of use and have a nice patina to them. All glass around the car is also the original according to the Sicursiv stampings.
All electrics are fully functioning and the car is "fully complete" with the original jack, spare wheel, user manual, Libretto and a dedicated history file containing some invoices of recent servicing works. The car is currently paired with Italian export documents and can be registered on Dutch plates if desired for the asking price.
Bite-size:
A properly sorted and complete Giulia is becoming an increasingly rare beast these days. If you have been waiting for the right car to cross your path, this example should certainly be on the shortlist.
