Vehicle Description
I’m putting my 1968 Buick Riviera up for sale. This car is a true gem for vintage car lovers who appreciate character. It’s not as polished as a modern car, but exactly as you’d expect: pure, solid, and full of that classic American vibe.
I’ve put a lot of care into it recently. It now has a new timing chain set, an electronic ignition, new spark plugs and wires, and it runs on LPG thanks to a 100L toroidal tank.
The exhaust isn’t brand new, but I did install new MagnaFlow mufflers. The result? A deep, powerful rumble that’s sure to make you smile. And for improved handling, I fitted PU bushings in the front suspension, giving it a tighter feel and better steering.
The underside has been completely treated with Owatrol and Tectyl, so rust doesn’t stand a chance. The roof is also in perfect condition, with no rust. The vinyl is still tight with no underlying corrosion. The car is fully registered for Dutch roads and ready to go.
Unfortunately, it’s been sitting idle, and I’m not using it as I originally planned. I’m hoping to transition to a vehicle for business purposes that I can use daily. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy this car and invest some additional time and attention to bring it back to tip-top condition. Everything on this car is original, and it’s all matching numbers.
