- Alternator disassembled for inspection and preventive cleaning of collector rings (they were clean and unworn)
- Engine, air conditioning, and intercooler radiator grilles cleaned
- All fuel and vacuum hoses (ECU) have been replaced
- 4 spark plugs
- 4 high-tension wires + ignition module (I include the original parts)
- Diode-equipped controller as a precaution
- All spheres -- 8 IFHS spheres, pressure checked before installation
- 6+2 hydraulic pump: disassembled, cleaned, new seal kit
- CJ/DJ: disassembled, cleaned, new seal kit
- Brake doseur: disassembled, cleaned, new seal kit
- Height correctors (front and rear): disassembled and cleaned (good condition, membranes kept)
- LHM tank and filters disassembled and cleaned
- Fuel filter
- Oil filter + engine oil (5w40 synthetic) -- changed again before sale
- Complete LHM fluid flush (LHM Total+)
- Gearbox oil
- Coolant
- The 4 window regulators have been disassembled, cleaned, and greased preventively, including the window guide channels (working perfectly)
- Same preventive treatment for the 4 door hinges
- Same preventive treatment for the driver's electric seat motors and rails
- 95% of the electrical sheathing has been replaced
- New foam linings for the front door panels
- Etc.
- The chassis is in perfect condition
- The exhaust system is also generally in good condition, except for the two rear mufflers, which are rusted on the inside. External rust spots have been treated and protected.
- Some cosmetic defects
- Additional parts provided (new clutch, new damper pulley...)
- Cruise control: It works with the original controls (it doesn’t exist on the TCT manual gearbox but is present on the automatic version). I will provide the wiring diagram with it, although there’s nothing complicated.
