Zeldzame kans om een 'als nieuwe' Alpine A610 met maar 39.000 km te bemachtigen!
Deze Alpine heeft tot 1997 als showauto op een draaiplateau gestaan bij de toenmalige Alpine / Renault importeur van België en is uiteindelijk overgenomen door de directeur van het grootste Renault-dealerschap van België die er privé in rondreed. Vandaar dat de 1e tenaamstelling in 1997 is terwijl de A610 tot 1995 is geproduceerd.
Met een totale productie van 818 auto's is de Alpine A610 niet alleen zeer zeldzaam maar ook de laatste (en beste) nog 'echte' Alpine die de fabriek in Dieppe verliet voordat ze failliet gingen.

In 2007 nam een vriend van de 1e eigenaar de auto over totdat ik 'm mocht kopen. De volledige historie is dan ook bekend en de unieke km-stand van 39.000 uiteraard aantoonbaar. Het originele instructieboekje en de brochure is bij de auto.

Doordat er zo weinig mee was gereden kwam ik er helaas achter dat de radiateur en de koelkanalen in de cilinderkop verstopt waren, dit is een veel voorkomend euvel door het complexe koelsysteem. Tevens werkte de airco niet meer. Uiteindelijk moest de motor eruit en de cilinderkoppen eraf om de kanalen schoon te maken. Uit voorzorg is er meteen een nieuwe koppeling + drukgroep gemonteerd, alle kleppen opnieuw ingeslepen, nieuwe koppakkingen en een nieuwe aircopomp gemonteerd. Daarnaast is er een grotere aluminium radiator geplaatst. Dit is gedaan door DE Alpine specialist van Nederland (rekeningen / foto's ter inzage).

Ook heb ik de originele radio laten repareren en meteen laten modificeren met een bluetooth module erin waardoor je nu o.a. Spotify kan afspelen.

De banden zijn uit voorzorg vernieuwd (waren 20 jaar oud) door de originele (zeer dure) Michelins die er onder horen.

Kortom een Alpine A610 die technisch perfect is en in een uitzonderlijke mooie staat verkeerd. Helaas heb ik te weinig tijd en te veel auto's om er regelmatig in te rijden. Mag dus naar een andere liefhebber...

Rare opportunity to get your hands on a ‘as new’ Alpine A610 with only 39,000 km!
This Alpine stood as a show car on a turntable at the then Alpine / Renault importer of Belgium until 1997 and was eventually bought by the director of the largest Renault dealership in Belgium who drove it around privately. Hence the 1st registration is in 1997 while the A610 was produced until 1995.
With a total production of 818 cars, the Alpine A610 is not only very rare but also the last (and best) still ‘real’ Alpine to leave the Dieppe factory before they went bankrupt.

In 2007, a friend of the 1st owner took over the car until I was allowed to buy it. The full history is therefore known and the unique mileage of 39,000 is of course demonstrable. The original instruction booklet and brochure are with the car.

Because it had been driven so little, I unfortunately discovered that the radiator and the cooling ducts in the cylinder head were clogged, which is a common problem due to the complex cooling system. Also, the air conditioning was broken. In the end, the engine had to be taken out and the cylinder heads removed to clean the channels. As a precaution, a new clutch + pressure group were immediately fitted, all valves reground, new head gaskets and a new A/C pump fitted. In addition, a larger aluminium radiator was fitted. This was done by THE Alpine specialist in the Netherlands (invoices / photos available for inspection).

I also had the original radio repaired and immediately modified with a bluetooth module in it that now allows you to play Spotify, among other things.

The tyres were replaced as a precaution (they were 20 years old) with the original (very expensive) Michelins that belong on the car.

In short, an Alpine A610 that is technically perfect and in exceptionally nice condition. Unfortunately, I have too little time and too many cars to drive it regularly. May therefore go to another enthusiast....
